One of the key updates I worked on was the account dropdown menu. As the user's primary navigation touchpoint, it presented an opportunity to deliver a personalized experience for authenticated users and serve as a strategic entry point for user acquisition among unauthenticated visitors.
The bulk of the project was on updating the account dashboard itself. The dashboard should be intuitive, fast, and thoughtfully organized to encourage repeat engagement and quick task completion. By dynamically surfacing relevant content, like order tracking or Rewards status, it supports key moments in the customer journey. Clear, transparent design reinforces trust, making users feel in control of both their purchases and personal information.

Smart Content Logic
We surface relevant content to user post purchase. It add clarity and trust for the user if they can quickly glance at their order status. We add encouragement to leave a review after 1 day of post-purchase and buy again after 5 days of post-purchase
